Job Title: Client Retention Specialist

At Slide, we're revolutionizing the property insurance industry by disrupting traditional norms. As a Client Retention Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in cultivating strong, trusting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships through proactive service activities and inbound requests.
  • Explain and recommend insurance coverages, policy terms, and endorsements to ensure policies match client needs.
  • Analyze client data to identify potential risk factors and collaborate with at-risk clients to review and modify policies.
  • Assist clients in shopping for replacement insurance policies by obtaining quotes and conducting comparisons.
  • Review non-renewal notices and work with clients to lift or rewrite policies.
  • Document all client correspondence in Veruna and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet or exceed target retention goals and ensure QA metrics are met regarding client satisfaction and call management.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required.
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service, retention-focused role required.
  • 2+ years' experience in the Property & Casualty Homeowner's insurance industry required.
  • Valid 440 License required.
