Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project software.
  • Define and prepare project responsibility assignment matrices (RACI).
  • Coordinate cabinet drawing reviews and approvals.
  • Maintain and update project schedules.
  • Deliverables, hardware, time, and cost management.
  • Resolve critical issues and escalate to minimize project risks.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Report project progress to superiors and company management.
  • Work with the Service and Project groups to ensure personnel allocation is assigned per project schedule and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Strong Microsoft Office productivity software experience.
  • Familiarity with process control concepts, instrumentation, and electrical concepts.
  • Experience participating in automation projects.
  • Knowledge of the Emerson Process Management DeltaV DCS system and AMS Device Manager Systems.
