As a Caregiver Assistant at Bickford Senior Living, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day. You'll be part of a uniquely supportive community where we prioritize resident needs and provide programs, rewards, and benefits to help you live your best.

**Responsibilities**
Your primary role will be to support resident care within our branch. This includes:
  • Knowing residents' service plans and providing care accordingly.
  • Assisting with daily activities such as meal service and social engagement.
  • Communicating effectively with clinical leadership when resident needs change.
Knowledge of dementia care approaches is also essential.

Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months, and CPR and First Aid certifications (or a willingness to obtain them). Strong organizational and time management skills are also crucial, along with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
