**Responsibilities**
Your primary role will be to support resident care within our branch. This includes:
- Knowing residents' service plans and providing care accordingly.
- Assisting with daily activities such as meal service and social engagement.
- Communicating effectively with clinical leadership when resident needs change.
Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need a High School Diploma or GED, willingness to complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months, and CPR and First Aid certifications (or a willingness to obtain them). Strong organizational and time management skills are also crucial, along with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
