About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA programs and drive positive change in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary
  • Lead by example and be a pillar of support, inspiring and guiding behavior technicians through effective supervision and support.
  • Drive positive change by conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing innovative ABA programs that meet client needs.
  • Embrace challenges with grace, staying calm and professional in challenging situations and adapting to change with flexibility.
What We're Looking For
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Active LBA certification in the state of New Jersey as issued by the State Board of Applied Behavior Analyst Examiners.
