Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Clinician to join our team at Mass General Brigham (Enterprise Services). The successful candidate will provide clinical evaluation and care through a centralized and system-wide delivery model, managing pre-placement screening and documentation needs, and providing work clearance for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical evaluation and care for employees, including pre-placement screening and documentation needs
  • Manage infectious disease evaluations and reportable disease reports, including providing surge capacity during outbreaks
  • Consult and educate employee managers and HR Business Partners on accommodation needs for return to work
  • Provide effective, consistent, and comprehensive employee education, counseling, and direction
  • Participate in planning and implementing OHCC programs and providing selected health services independently or collaboratively with other members of the occupational health staff
Requirements
  • A currently licensed RN with at least three years' experience in either occupational health, urgent care, or ambulatory care
  • COHN-S certification is strongly preferred
  • Excellent telephone customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to perform within a high-functioning, effective and empowered team in an environment that requires collaboration and meeting defined deliverables/metrics each day
