Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain skills required for specialized care areas, including cath lab procedures.
Compensation Package:

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $94,000 to $114,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
