We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, a comprehensive outpatient physical therapy company.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans to address physical limitations and promote recovery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective goal achievement.
- Provide education and training to patients, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
- Administer various interventions, including exercises, mobilizations, and modalities, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completion of state-regulated CEU requirements, valid CPR certification, and experience with EMR software.
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
