Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport machines and products to customers or other Quality Equipment locations in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper equipment tie-down and transportation without damage.
- Deliver and pick up equipment for customers and the dealership efficiently.
- Operate and drive company-specific equipment, vehicles, and all other products sold by the dealership.
- Provide assistance to customers on safe and proper equipment usage, recommended additional equipment and supplies, and follow procedures for company credit card usage for gas and maintenance.
- Adhere to safety procedures for loading and unloading equipment and assist in unloading freight trucks, mowers, and other equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective time management skills.
- Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Insurable driving record with the state.
- Ability to back a truck/trailer combination at acceptable levels.
- Understanding of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
