About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Texas Care. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health services to clients in various settings, including their homes, schools, and communities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to clients through face-to-face sessions, telehealth, and community-based interventions
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to create and update treatment plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document client progress and provide updates to the clinical team as needed

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, etc.)
  • Valid Texas driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Cleared background check and TB test results
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health (preferred)
