Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily-living and social skills, engaging in activities to promote independence, and maintaining annual training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining skills to improve daily-living and social skills
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and participation in community life
  • Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements
  • Provide compassionate and reliable support to individuals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others
  • Valid Driver's License and existing insurance
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to allow for individual assignments
