Job Responsibilities
The Chief Enrollment Officer will oversee the continuous recruitment, admission, and enrollment processes for students. This role includes planning, coordinating, and executing all application procedures, including online applications and communication strategies. The Director will provide guidance on the enrollment process, testing, career options, financial assistance, academic programs, and institutional policies to prospective students, applicants, and their families.
- Collaborates with technical staff to enhance admissions and recruitment systems.
- Aligns recruitment operations with strategic goals aimed at increasing enrollment and retention.
- Ensures efficient and accurate management of admissions operations, catering to diverse stakeholder needs.
- Implements and maintains systems for timely application reviews and decisions.
- Coordinates recruitment communications to align with institutional goals and optimize engagement.
- Facilitates systems for processing potential applicant lists from various data sources.
- Promotes faculty engagement in recruitment initiatives.
- Works with Student Affairs to develop onboarding communication plans for new students.
- Ensures new students receive essential information for a smooth transition to campus life.
A Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs are required.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master's degree in Student Services, Guidance, or Counseling is preferred. Experience with CRM systems and at least one year in admissions and recruitment management is desirable. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to evaluate and recommend new initiatives.
Additional Comments
This position may require evening and weekend work, as well as travel for recruitment purposes.
