Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Nurse to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including rehabilitation and restorative care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Active Texas/Compact Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse License required.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- At least one year of recent experience as a Rehabilitation Nurse in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
