Columbia - Busboys and Poets is seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team. As a Culinary Artist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high expectations. • Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor even in the most chaotic of kitchen environments.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
