We are seeking a Asset Management Director to join our team in New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Asset Protection initiatives, implementing shortage reduction programs, and managing the Focus Store program.

Responsibilities

">
  • Lead Asset Protection initiatives in assigned district (20-30 stores).
  • Implement shortage reduction programs in high shrink locations.
  • Manage the Focus Store program to ensure store compliance.

Requirements

">
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent experience in the Asset Protection field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel and lead teams remotely.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelines.
