About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Household Coordinator to join our team at United Methodist Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support CNA staff with tasks, such as answering call lights and transporting residents
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Participate in care plan meetings and implement resident service plans
  • Manage and implement resident service plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as responsibilities dictate
Requirements
  • Completed or enrolled in a DFS-approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program
  • Maintaining a current listing (in good standing) with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry
  • Previous Long-Term Care experience required
  • Five (5) years of Long Term Care/Sub-Acute experience preferred
