Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Amedisys, Inc., a leading provider of home health, hospice, and high-acuity care. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations, and modify interventions as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state where you will be working.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program.
- One year of related physical therapy experience, or approval from regional clinical leaders for less experienced candidates.
- Current CPR certification.
