Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Care Physical Therapist. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide expert physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical function and mobility.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and strategies to promote independence and prevent future complications.

Qualifications
  • A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
