Job Title: Member Services Representative Overnight

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and ensuring a positive experience in our clubs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check members into the system, assist with new account sign-ups, and facilitate updates to member accounts.
  • Take prospective members on tours of our facilities and assist with the sign-up process.
  • Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members.
  • Close shifts, create bank deposits, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service background preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential, as is the ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
