Postperson with driving

As a Postperson with driving, you will play a vital role in delivering mail to communities across the UK. This is a physically demanding job, but it's one that the nation relies on. You will work part-time hours between 09:00 and 14:15, covering periods of leave for a fixed number of routes. Your responsibilities will include sorting mail for your route, checking your vehicle, and delivering mail outdoors. You will need to be flexible and work with a team to ensure that all deliveries are made on time.

We are looking for upbeat and self-motivated individuals who love the outdoors. You should be happy working solo as well as part of a team. You will need to be able to plan your round and make sure you complete all your deliveries in good time. You will also need to be able to work under pressure and with the public, acting as a friendly face that people know and trust.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential, with no more than six penalty points. You will also need to be able to work in different areas, covering your colleagues' holidays. You should be flexible and able to adjust your working hours to match your round.
