TEKsystems is currently seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Genesys PureCloud Engineer to join their team. This role is a critical component of the company's strategy to deliver seamless communications solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Genesys PureCloud on an enterprise scale and be familiar with contact center engineering principles. With 5+ years of experience in this field, they will be able to gather requirements from customers, quickly turn around test environments, and implement successful migrations.

This is a long-term position that requires the ability to work independently as part of a small team. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring a smooth migration to Genesys PureCloud and directly impacting the experience of all residents who need to get in contact with various State agencies.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the high level of expertise required for this role.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a customer-facing role and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Genesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP-GC) certification is highly desirable but not essential.

The work environment will be dynamic, with standard business hours (AZ Time) and occasional evening or weekend shifts to accommodate implementation and migration activities.
