Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on performance and location. In addition to a competitive hourly base pay and commission structure, Sunrun offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement program.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our retail team as a Solar Sales Consultant. As a representative of Sunrun, you will act as the face of the company in a designated partner retail store, building relationships with potential customers and educating them about renewable energy solutions. Your focus will be on scheduling appointments and growing the Sunrun customer base, while exceeding personal and team goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Excellent technology skills, including proficiency with IPAD/computer software applications
  • Availability to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts
  • Access to reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
