  • Prep Area Maintenance: Keep the entire prep area clean; stock and set up rotation.
  • Inventory Management: Keep prepared food continuously stocked on the line and communicate to management team when running low on product.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment properly.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
  • Product Rotation: Ensure proper rotation of all products and stock products to par.
  • Communication: Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
Measures of Success:
  • Guest Experience: Consistently deliver high-quality food and excellent service to our guests.
  • Food Quality and Cost: Maintain high-quality food standards while controlling food costs.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory to minimize waste and excess.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Consistently meet or exceed guest satisfaction scores.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Must produce items exactly according to recipe to ensure guest satisfaction and control food costs.
  • Food Handling and Sanitation: Must follow food handling and sanitation procedures to control food costs and ensure overall safety.
  • Communication: Must be able to hear kitchen, window person, and/or manager requests in the midst of loud background noise.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to stand, move, and walk for entire shift; bend and stoop frequently; lift and carry sacks and cases of up to 70 lbs., up to 20 times per shift.
