Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a key member of our diagnostic radiology team, you will be responsible for preparing patients and performing radiographic procedures in a safe and efficient manner. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and maintain a positive and effective interaction with patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for radiographic procedures
Perform radiographic procedures in diagnostic radiology
Operate imaging equipment
Adhere to organizational customer service standards and support excellence initiatives
Provide positive and effective interaction and communication with patients, visitors, and staff

Requirements:
One year of current clinical experience in diagnostic radiology preferred
Clinical student experience may be considered in lieu of one year of current clinical experience
Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program required
Additional 1-2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field preferred but not required
ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer required
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire
