Program Services Coordinator

This is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The primary responsibility will be to assist in securing employment opportunities for CDIB members in the designated area. Compensation will range from $27 to $29 per hour.

Weekly earned wage access is available for this position.

Job Purpose: The aim is to promote and coordinate services to ensure that program objectives and goals are achieved while providing exceptional service to participants. You will report directly to the Program Manager or Director.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that program objectives and timelines are met effectively.

2. Assist in managing program funding and budgetary considerations.

3. Oversee daily program activities to ensure compliance with program requirements.

4. Handle administrative tasks to facilitate smooth program operations.

5. Foster partnerships to share resources, expertise, and collaborate on project development and evaluation.

6. Raise awareness of available tribal and public services to inform members about job opportunities.

7. Prepare and submit necessary program reports while ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

8. Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records in accordance with program standards.

9. Monitor program activities to ensure adherence to tribal, federal, and program policies and objectives.

10. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with four years of experience in program services or a related area, OR eight years of directly related experience in lieu of formal education. Strong business and financial acumen. Basic computer proficiency. At least one year of experience with Microsoft Excel, capable of performing complex functions, along with familiarity with other software applications.
