Position Overview:
National Retail Solutions (NRS), a division of IDT Corporation, is seeking a dedicated sales professional to join our dynamic team.

Compensation:

Role Responsibilities:
The Sales Consultant will focus on external, direct sales of the NRS product and service offerings. This includes:

  • Promoting point of sale systems, credit card processing, cash advances, and future innovations.
  • Creating a strategic plan to expand the reach of IDT and NRS products within the designated territory.
  • Identifying potential clients, securing orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Opportunities:
Earn commissions through direct sales of our Point of Sale devices, Merchant Services, Cash Advances, Loyalty Programs, and a variety of retail solutions.

Additional Duties:
Assist clients in navigating our services effectively, provide light technical support for their equipment, and manage installation and appointment schedules.

Collaboration:
Work closely with various support teams, including Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk.

Salary Range:
$45,000 to $120,000

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a motivated individual with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in selling Merchant Services.
  • Prior experience in PoS implementation and sales.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish preferred; other languages considered.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with customers directly.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with tablets and Bluetooth devices.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven multitasking abilities while maintaining attention to detail.
