At Citadel Roofing and Solar, we're seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you'll travel throughout Northern California to perform routine maintenance on our fleet of forklifts, reach lifts, and other equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with equipment troubleshooting and the ability to explain complex mechanical issues in simple terms. You'll be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, providing detailed breakdowns of service requirements and costs.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Travel to locations to perform on-site routine maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing detailed breakdowns of service requirements and costs.
  • Maintain the company's equipment and van, keeping it in excellent working condition and cleanliness.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, like lifting heavy equipment or working in uncomfortable positions for extended periods.
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel independently.
  • The ability to explain complex mechanical issues in layman's terms.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
