Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop teammates on all shop operations and guest services to ensure a productive sales environment
  • Manage the recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, discipline, and development of employees to ensure effective staffing
  • Control expenses through management of payroll dollars, store maintenance, repairs, supplies, utilities, and other controllable expenses

Requirements

  • High school or GED equivalent
  • 4+ years of automotive experience, including 4+ years of experience in automotive tire sales and service or lube and tire industry experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and basic algebra skills
  • Guest and team-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive state inspector license
  • ASE automotive certifications
  • Proven sales experience in automotive complete auto care, tire sales, and service
  • Supervisory experience in the tire or automotive industry
