Nursing Staff Development

This role requires a seasoned nursing professional with expertise in staff development and clinical leadership. As a Staff Development Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating the growth and development of nursing staff, improving organizational outcomes, and promoting evidence-based practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess learning needs related to staff performance and prioritize learning activities
  • Facilitate the adult learning process and assist with initiating evidence-based projects
  • Promote staff personal and professional growth, fostering an environment of excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing Education or a related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in nursing staff development or a related field
  • Certification in area of specialty preferred
