The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. Our mission is to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere where our guests can relax and rejuvenate, while our expert stylists work their magic to create stunning, natural-looking lashes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lash Stylist to join our team. As a Lash Stylist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests, educating them on proper lash care, and promoting our exclusive products and services.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Educate guests on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products
• Understand and promote our products and membership programs
• Perform high-quality eyelash extension services and maintain a clean and sterile work environment
• Generate new clientele through our referral programs

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• 1+ years of experience as a Lash Stylist
• 1+ years of experience with hand-made volume fans (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for making our guests feel beautiful
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work some weekends and evenings
