Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Edible Treat Artisan to join our team at Edible Arrangations. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating delicious edible treats that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and follow company procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create delicious edible treats according to company standards

• Prepare and package various arrangements for customers or supervisors' instructions

• Wash, peel, and cut fresh fruit to prepare for arranging

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines

• Assist with cleaning tasks and store maintenance as needed

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and management, contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Excellent creativity and communication skills

• Ability to lift, carry, and push objects weighing up to 50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft software and basic computer skills
