Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Hourly Rate: $65

Overtime Rate: 1.5

Weekly Compensation: $2,340

ROLE OVERVIEW
  • Accountable for providing patient care primarily to an elderly demographic through the nursing processes of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Responsible for directing and guiding patient education and the activities of support staff while upholding professional nursing standards.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an Emergency Department setting.
  • Critical care experience is advantageous.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least two years of recent emergency room RN experience.
  • One year of ICU experience is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to stay updated on critical care knowledge.
  • Prior travel nursing experience is a plus.
  • COVID vaccination with two doses and a booster is required.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
  • Possession of an active, unencumbered RN license in Missouri.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude is essential, along with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with physicians, management, and staff across the department and facility.
  • Possesses effective interpersonal and communication skills, organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
  • Administers injections as required.
