Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse

Cynet Health is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patients throughout the labor process, identifying potential complications and taking prompt action to address them.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as needed, always prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, making recommendations for further care and treatment as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current nursing license in good standing.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Labor and Delivery, with a strong understanding of perinatal nursing principles and practices.
  • AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
