We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Ubuntu Psychological Services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional client care and a commitment to providing evidence-based psychological interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and testing to inform diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide consultation and education to clients, families, and other stakeholders on mental health topics and treatment options.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of clinical psychology, and incorporate this knowledge into practice.
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD, EdD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure approved by the ASPPB (Association of State and Provincial Licensing Boards) in the state you practice.
- 1-3 years of supervised experience under a licensed psychologist.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and observational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
