At JDV Pizza, LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our store team to success. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-first attitude and setting the tone for a positive work environment.
  • Supervise and train store team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high-quality products.
  • Implement and maintain operational excellence in our 10 Operating Systems, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Manage food safety practices, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Establish and meet store sales goals, service times, and guest experience targets.
  • Develop and execute Local Store Marketing strategies to build the Marco's brand and drive sales growth.
  • Review and analyze store Profit & Loss Statements to inform sustainable EBITDA growth measures.
  • Actively manage food and labor costs through inventory control and predictive labor scheduling.
  • Protect company assets, ensuring guest and team workplace safety.
  • Maintain accurate data in corporate systems, including Point of Sale, Inventory IQ, and personnel data.
  • Recruit and interview applicants to select top talent and qualified candidates.
  • Train and coach store team members to ensure product quality and a 5-Star Guest Experience.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of restaurant general management experience with demonstrable success.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License.
