Field Maintenance Specialist (Opportunities available for various experience levels from Junior to Senior/Lead)

Compensation Package:

  • Base Hourly Rate: $25-$30/hr, depending on experience.
  • Untaxed Weekly Per Diem: Typically ranges from $400-$500 based on IRS guidelines for travel.
  • Overtime: Significant opportunities available.
  • Bonus: Flight hours count towards total worked hours.
  • All expenses covered: Including rental vehicles, flights, and accommodations, pre-arranged with no out-of-pocket costs.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Field Maintenance Specialist may encompass a variety of tasks, including installation, servicing, repairs, troubleshooting systems, preventative maintenance, commissioning, and customer training.

At the Senior/Lead level, duties may extend to diagnostics, system configurations, fabrication/assembly, trial runs, and extensive testing. Additional training on specific products will be provided.

  • Work primarily involves mechanical and electrical tasks, including equipment installation, network upgrades, trial runs, and repairs.
  • Diagnose installation challenges.
  • Possess skills in both electronics and mechanics; foundational understanding of these areas is essential.
  • Experience in mechanical, electronic, or system upgrades is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the installation and maintenance of industrial systems is crucial.
  • Experience with robotics or automated systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 90% of the time.
