We are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Adaptive Education Instructor to become a vital part of our team. The Adaptive Education Instructor will offer tailored instruction, assistance, and mentorship to students with disabilities, ensuring they receive a comprehensive education customized to their unique needs and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute individualized learning plans (ILPs) for students.
  • Employ research-backed teaching methodologies, adapting the curriculum to fit diverse learning preferences.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies to accommodate changing requirements.
  • Provide specialized teaching that meets the needs of all students in the classroom.
  • Foster inclusive classrooms by collaborating effectively with general education teachers and support personnel, enhancing a holistic and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related discipline.
  • Valid teaching certification or eligibility for certification in Special Education.
  • Certification in Early Childhood Education is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working with students with disabilities in an educational context.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to addressing the unique needs of students with special requirements.
