Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our New Graduate Nurse Residency program. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients requiring intensive care services in various settings, including adult critical care, ICU stepdown, emergency department, labor and delivery, perioperative, medical surgical/telemetry, and neonatal ICU.

You will participate in online and classroom learning, interacting with peers, nursing and physician leaders, and receive guidance from an assigned nurse preceptor throughout the residency program.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to critically ill patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of critical care experience preferred.
