Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at GF Immigration Law, PA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs, including job postings, social media campaigns, and employer branding initiatives
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Source and screen qualified candidates, utilizing various recruitment tools and channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment metrics, including source tracking and diversity statistics

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in a leadership role
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
