  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in direct care or support roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Patient, empathetic, and genuinely committed to helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • BASIC understanding of developmental disabilities and related healthcare needs.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to complete and pass a background check per company standards.
