Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain project plans, including sprint backlogs and iterations, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
- Track project progress using Agile tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality, meeting customer expectations and business objectives.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Guide and support Agile team members in implementing Agile best practices, ensuring team growth and development.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Experience leading Agile projects with cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to apply them in a real-world setting.
- Experience with Agile tools, such as JIRA or Trello, with the ability to configure and customize them to meet project needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to effectively facilitate Agile ceremonies and resolve conflicts, ensuring team alignment and progress.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive project success.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, such as CSM or PMI-ACP, is a plus, as is experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry.
