Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, appointments, and client communications, as well as utilizing various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and legal support to the Trust & Estates Department
* Manage legal documents with precision and accuracy
* Coordinate schedules, appointments, and client communications
* Utilize various software applications to perform tasks efficiently

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in the Trust & Estates field
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with document management software
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
* Great attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
