Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all fitness equipment is operating safely and efficiently, performing regular maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, using your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure a smooth member experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering parts and supplies as needed to maintain a fully stocked and operational equipment fleet.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with department heads and management to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility projects, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong aptitude for technical work and a willingness to learn.
- Certifications: CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
