Epic Travel Staffing is actively seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Position Overview

As a Travel RN in the PACU, you will play a crucial role in providing care to patients recovering from anesthesia. This position requires a dedicated professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the PACU.
  • Monitor patient vitals and recovery progress.
  • Administer medications and manage IVs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Requirements
  • Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
  • Discipline: RN
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, including Medical/Surgical experience.
  • Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Licensure: Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
  • Certifications: AHA BCLS certification required.
Work Schedule

This position typically involves 11.5-hour shifts during the day, with a total of 34.5 hours per week. Rotating weekends and holiday shifts are a requirement.
