QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Commitment to achieving a zero-injury culture

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A FEED MILL OPERATOR

This full-time position operates on a schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As a Feed Mill Operator, your daily tasks will include efficiently loading and unloading trucks, maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities, and collaborating with operations and maintenance teams. Punctuality and accuracy in operating computer-controlled systems are essential. You will also handle physical tasks, including prolonged standing and lifting heavy loads independently. During peak seasons, additional weekend and overtime work may be required. Your initiative and adaptability will be key as you navigate both independent and team-oriented tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
