Bakery Professional

Job Summary: As a Bakery Professional at Food City, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality products that meet the highest standards of freshness and safety. Your key responsibilities will include following recipes and makeup procedures, working with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers, and assisting customers with product recommendations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
• Follow recipes and makeup procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Work with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to produce high-quality products.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
