Salary Information: The estimated hourly pay for this position is $17.60.

The Forklift Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout our warehouse, supporting production requirements and loading/unloading customer trailers.

Key responsibilities include operating a forklift to transport pallets and materials, power-sorting pallets by hand when required, and repairing damaged wooden pallets as needed.

Forklift operators must exercise extreme care while operating their vehicle and adhere to our company's safety procedures at all times.

We are seeking individuals who can work independently and collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals while maintaining our core values and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory;
  • Able to promote a safe working environment and follow instructions for record-keeping;
  • Understands that overtime may be required and considers it mandatory;
  • Ability to work overtime and adapt to flexible schedules/shifts;
  • Familiarity with Relogistics' policies and procedures;
