LPN Job Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and choose from a range of shifts to create your own schedule. Our LPN jobs offer competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance, vision and dental coverage, and options for frequency of pay.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-acute care to patients
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing and track vital signs
  • Perform intakes of residents and document their health concerns and medical histories
  • Review medical records and charts of residents
  • Administer and verify medications
  • Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Help medical staff with orientation and training
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Maryland state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience (LPN or related role)
