Patient Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our medical surgical team at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. As a patient care specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care, including basic nursing procedures and wound care.
  2. Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and mobility needs.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current WI Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
