What to Expect When Working with Broad Street:

  • Flexible Scheduling - We understand that home care needs are diverse, which is why we offer a variety of scheduling options that cater to your availability. This includes both long and short shifts, as well as PRN opportunities across the Chicagoland area.
  • Team Collaboration with Nurses - Each case is supported by a Nurse Care Manager and Patient Advocates, ensuring a collaborative approach to care. It’s a unified effort to provide the best service.
  • Attractive Compensation - Our Care Professionals earn between $16.00 and $18.00 per hour, with annual pay increases and potential bonuses. We provide Direct Deposit and bi-weekly pay, ensuring prompt access to your earnings. Additionally, you can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave annually, along with 11 paid holidays.
