Night Audit Supervisor

As a Night Audit Supervisor - Front Desk at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort, you will oversee the Call Center, Front Desk, Bell Hop & Night Custodian positions. Your responsibilities will include hiring, scheduling, and training employees in these areas. You will also be responsible for handling guest problems and complaints in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Staff Management: Schedule, interview, and hire new employees in the call center, front desk, and custodian positions.
• Employee Development: Provide feedback and coaching to employees when necessary.
• Problem Resolution: Handle all guest problems and complaints in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tolerate angry or upset customers.
• Company Knowledge: Know and follow company policy and procedures.
• Teamwork: Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

• Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
